Poohman AKA MC Pooh was born as Lawerence Thomas.
Poohman debuted in 1992 with Life As A Criminal it
featured the hit song Fuckin Wit Dank produced by Ant
Banks. In 1992 Poohman also released Funky As I Wanna
Be featuring MC Breed, Too Short and Ant Banks.
Poohman also had a part in the movie Menace II Society
and released the album Judgement Day in 1993 where he
dissed Too Short, Ant Banks, Spice 1 and The Dangerous
Crew. In 1994 Poohman released Aint No Love and in
1997 Poohman released State Vs. Poohman Straight from
San Quentin after going to prison for robbing a bank.
Poohman returned in 2001 with F---in' Wit Dank 2001.
It featured Ant Banks, Spice 1, Yukmouth and B-Legit.
