added the AAC codec.
removed THE ORBS skin due to it not being compliant with the milkdrop functions.
this rls now has the option to view which milkdop preset is running, you can select the preset and lock the preset.
we have also put the 3600+ presets in the right folder. They are zipped so there is no more lag and we added the correct path and name in the milkdrop.xml file.
Fully delete this dir to reduce the chance of things going wrong E:\TData\0face008

XBMC Startup Lock will use the Master Lock Settings and if Startup Lock is enabled:
On XBMC Startup, the XBMC Startup Lock will ask you the predefined Master Code in
addition with the Max Retry. If you enter the correct MasterCode, XBMC will start as used
But if you enter the Wrong Master Code in addition with the Max Retry:
Then XBMC switches off! if you restart XBMC it will ask the Master Code again!
