Soulful Vocal garage with Dennis Ferrer plays
Soul Heaven started in February 2000 as a result of a series of
successful events featuring the best DJ's in the World of UK soulful
house. The events were pioneered by Little Louie Vega, still the
ambassador and favoured resident who continues to appear twice a
year. This year the brand celebrates its 6th birthday with a series
of road blocked events around the country.
After a phenomenal interest to the Soul Heaven sound the natural
progression was to create a record label that represents the same
philosophy as the events. The Soul Heaven philosophy has been clear
since the beginning, it is to release only the best soulful dance
music available from producers and artists across the globe. From the
start the labels intentions are to work with fresh talent and
established producers to create a strong roster.
The label launched in February 2006 and is led by the former Garage
City and Zoo club promoter and DJ agency head Oliver White in
conjunction with Defected Records. A and R is directed by Soul Heaven
resident dj Aaron Ross who has shot to the forefront of the scene in
the last few years due his unique style, integrity and love of music.
