Release Notes:
Hello everyone! I used to rip for XXL, but ABUSE offered me twice the
flatscreens to join their side, so here I am! As many of you probably
saw, ABUSE was recently given the honor of releasing the legendary
Alternative Times series*, and now we're proud to add this equally huge
comp series to our repertoire; although you can actually find references
to X-Mix outside of the scene, it's no less abusive than that series from
the legendary Canadian DJ! After all, that's why XXL has been releasing
it lately. So enjoy this incredible release, the first in a series of
many to come from your friends at ABUSE, aka Xtra Xtra Xtra Large Pimps!
(Apparently size of pimps positively correlates with abusiveness of releases.)
* Note: Someone has recently released what they claim to be the "real"
version of Alternative Times Volume 79 under the -iND tag. This was done
by the group that usually releases the comps; they were very bitter that
we beat them on the last one, so they made up a FAKE tracklist and called
it the real thing to try to make us look like fakers. Their use of -iND
only underscores the fact that they faked; after all, if it was real,
they would be able to prove it, and have no nuke to fear, right? Another
dirty trick from fakescene!
