█ █▓█ Revolution as a turnaround, difference and █▓█ █
█ █▓█ repetition. The track-titles of the new "Klick" █▓█ █
█ █▓█ are based on the idea of the pinball machine, the █▓█ █
█ █▓█ locked box with the inclined plane, where the █▓█ █
█ █▓█ player is doing his "questionary about luck, the █▓█ █
█ █▓█ slide of the things into the logic of decline" █▓█ █
█ █▓█ and at least "tilt" or game over. New game? New █▓█ █
█ █▓█ game with turntables... but this time it`s not as █▓█ █
█ █▓█ pure as it was for the first "Klick". It`s █▓█ █
█ █▓█ allready spoiled and the player is trying to turn █▓█ █
█ █▓█ the desert of the locked box into a landscape █▓█ █
█ █▓█ where the klicks are sounds as a trace from the █▓█ █
█ █▓█ past, reacting with bumpers, ramps, logs. These █▓█ █
█ █▓█ bumpers, ramps, logs as a confrontation, are █▓█ █
█ █▓█ connected to ideas about music. You`ll find some █▓█ █
█ █▓█ references in the linernotes of the album, but █▓█ █
█ █▓█ lots of them are not mentioned and probably far █▓█ █
█ █▓█ away from what is called music as the reduced █▓█ █
█ █▓█ concept we are perceiving usually. Sysiphos is █▓█ █
█ █▓█ playing pinball with a rolling stone. Free flow █▓█ █
█ █▓█ of the forces in a system, which we may call the █▓█ █
█ █▓█ tragedy of fun. The klick revolutions are based █▓█ █
█ █▓█ on live sets, performed during the last 2 years. █▓█ █
█ █▓█ It was from the beginning work in progress, which █▓█ █
█ █▓█ changed every time. At least the way it`s █▓█ █
█ █▓█ released now, it`s like one track, with differend █▓█ █
█ █▓█ sideways. A locked box filled with structured █▓█ █
█ █▓█ noises, confronted with sounds which may turn on █▓█ █
█ █▓█ some reference systems and regarding this, open █▓█ █
█ █▓█ for all kind of projections. The █▓█ █
█ █▓█ locked-groove-records Brinkmann used for these █▓█ █
█ █▓█ set`s you`ll find in the 18 page booklet as a █▓█ █
