ltm is proud to present the new studio cd by isabelle antena,
ingenue electro-samba pioneer turned jazz-pop polymath. easy does
it was produced by isabelle with husband and arranger denis
moulin, and recorded at their own studio in the south of france in
2004. her first pure bossa album, easy does it features 9
delicious new songs written by isabelle, as well as
interpretations of classic material by henry mancini and antonio
carlos jobim. as an extra treat, the package includes a 39 minute
companion disc titled issy does it, featuring 8 pin sharp remixes
and alternate productions by buscemi, thievery corporation, shape,
nicola conte, la malice, yukihiro fukutomi, dr drak and musiq for
pleasure. the resulting double album comes on like an expertly
blended cocktail, deceptively smooth on disc one, yet with a
surprise kick delivered by disc two. note that these remixes will
also be available on vinyl: issy does it (ltmlp 2420).
