Nigel Rogers has been making gritty underground jams as Perseus Traxx
for over a decade, and this collection serves as a reminder of his
talent. "Miller-Urey" starts the release in dramatic form, with
sweeping filters and an insistent bass, while "Playback Issue" is a
more pared back jacker. In contrast, "None Stop" sees Rogers dropping
a pulsating, throbbing groove and rolling snares - making for a peak
time burner. On a more visceral tip, "Ergoline" centres on a niggling
acid line and crashing snares. Meanwhile on "Plasticity" and "Psychic
Technologies", Rogers delivers wild 303 workouts that are sure to
ignite any dance floor.
