promoed way back at the height of summer 2006 as a mysterious 12"
bearing the lsb - ohd legend, this record has been the chief cause
of some seriously frustrated djs and music lovers over the last
six months. well at last eskimo have seen the sense to release it
properly and back it with a brand new remix to boot. produced by
the man with too many pseudonyms to mention, pete herbert, and
barcelona's baby g, lsb's "original highway delight" revolves
around a snatch of 83 italo tune "some girls" by michael heart,
reconfigured as a deliriously fruity neo disco anthem. as good as
the original is (and it is very good indeed), we've been inundated
with requests for the remix by mungolian jetset. oslo's jetset
have been one of the finds of 2006 and their mix throws the tune
into disarray with a more dynamic, juddering attack on the source.
