█ In 2001, after many years of music ministry, God █
█ challenged Stephan to step out on faith and walk █
█ on water, just as Peter did. Hearing the call of █
█ the Lord, and knowing how God had delivered him █
█ so many times, he took what little he had and █
█ moved nearly 3,000 miles from Washington D.C. to █
█ California. He would leave behind his family, █
█ church, elementary school students and friends, █
█ whom he loved dearly, to go to a place he had █
█ never been. Stephan was willing to make this █
█ sacrifice because he knew inside of him was music █
█ and a message, meant for the world. Following █
█ this path, he experienced some of the most █
█ difficult and troubling times of his life. At █
█ times, he had no place to live and did not know █
█ where his next meal was coming from. As he shared █
█ his music, he encountered many closed doors. █
█ However, one door always remained open- the █
█ church. In the midst of this trying season, GodÆs █
█ word became a lifeline to Stephan. God was his █
█ source and provider. He drew closer to God than █
█ ever before. He saw the Lord do miracles before █
█ his very eyes. As the opposition intensified, █
█ StephanÆs faith increased. Now, after five years █
█ on this journey, out of his heart flows the song, █
█ ôTell Me Somethingö. This song speaks to people █
█ in despair, looking for hope, and searching for █
█ answers. Simply a messenger, Stephan encourages █
█ all to put their trust in the one who will never █
█ leave them; the one who will bring them through █
█ any situation; the one who has all power - Jesus █
█ Christ. █
