│ Orlando Voorn is one of the major contributors to the electronic music │
│ scene for more than two decades now. He was one of the first Dutch │
│ musicians aiming to establish a vital connection between Detroit and │
│ Amsterdam, being one of Europe┤s most original and innovative producers. │
│ Orlando Voorn undoubtedly has an ear for melody and always succeeded in │
│ combining it with an innate understanding of the importance of │
│ atmosphere and tension in music. And so he does this with his debut │
│ release on Austria┤s Supreme Entertainment imprint, delivering an │
│ extraordinary piece of music full of harmonies and crispy synths │
│ arranged perfectly around a killer groove. │
│ The remix package comes from DJ Felipe, Nicolas Bacher and Orlando Voorn │
│ himself. Nicolas Bacher turns ôTriggerö into more progressive and │
│ uplifting spheres with a firm, pumping bass, constantly pushing forward. │
│ Whereas Felipe gives ôTriggerö a truly electronic flavoured coat, adding │
│ an extra dose of funkiness based on nasty grooving electro bassline, │
│ showing another rich side of the original. Orlando Voorn is finally │
│ elaborating the Detroit roots of the original, bringing up a remix with │
│ great buildup, perfectly timed breaks and wonderful hints to a │
│ magnificent musical heritage. │
│ After ôDescentö by Chymera Supreme Entertainment is proving again that │
│ you can release an EP featuring remixers who have a different approach │
│ but all reache the same goal: creating sophisticated, exciting and │
│ indeed very danceable music! │
