Since the new rules apply we've seen a lot of good releases getting
nuked becuase they were encoded in cbr; and it's clear this doesn't
make any difference when it comes to livesets. It is a remarkable
fact that NO liveset group has signed these "rules" but still these
apply on them. We support each group who ignores them, and continue
releasing sets the way it allways worked and will work.
Each months 1000's of livesets are released so rules should be
signed by the greater live-groups also.
