: :
: "Vital transmissions from the German bastion of break :
: chopping - the Alphacut Records sub label - 457. :
: A strict adherence to cutting up proper breaks and :
: processing them inna proper dub style, these two tracks :
: from Dub Across Borders are top class additions to the :
: catalog - Really excellent filtered drums to get the dance :
: floor moving properly. :
: The A side, æDub PacificoÆ clocks in at 140bpm and is :
: chock full of killer drum edits and just the right amount :
: of swing, killer horns are also added to make this a big :
: percy for the Rwd Fwd crew. :
: The flip side, æDub Over DistanceÆ is a real treat, some :
: of that æSlowfastÆ stepping business championed by the :
: likes of Sam Binga and Om unit. This, however, adds that :
: trademark 457 flavour to create something unique. A glassy :
: intro gives way to very crafty bassline thatÆllà.ohhh just :
: wheel it up and come again! :
: Super versatile and fresh, Vinyl only for those true :
: soldiers, we only have a handful of these as well!" :
