Release Notes:
Musical project that took birth in Lisbon in the year 2002, CARTELL70 is Pablo,
Castro and Beat Laden.
Their sound reflects current trends in electronic music in such fields as Drum
n'Bass, Ragga, Break Beat and Down Tempo.
Both voices in the project (Pablo & Castro) reflect on the daily-basis troubling
realities of life. Singing in Portuguese and English, they offer a solid backup
for Beat Laden's musical scenarios.
CARTELL70 frequently team up in studio with artists such as Blasted Mechanism,
Ithaka, Nel Assassin, Yellow, Gaia Beat, Nigga Poison, Terrakota and intend on
widening their interaction spectrum with other artists/projects.
In 2005 they released an EP together with american poet Ithaka. "Fuse With Me"
is a musical statement for community of people from around the world, and the
massive bassline on the track may probably set fire to dancefloors from Lisboa
to Calcuta.
