|: "Clanderstine cultivations take the scythe to their latest crop, with an   :|
|: awesomely dark couple of tracks from the most interesting producer in the  :|
|: dubstep field, Shackleton. You should all know by now that we love this    :|
|: guy's beats, and he seems to prove us right with each new release, 'in the :|
|: next life' takes a subtly funereal vibe with the usual punchin' and        :|
|: percolating percussion and claustrophobic bass waves laying the groundwork :|
|: for a horribly creepy organ and horn arrangement. Bringing to mind the     :|
|: work of V/Vm under his caretaker alias, Shackleton creates a cold and      :|
|: unfriendly haunted dancehall vibe, much like a Monday night dubstep dance  :|
|: in a disused bingo hall in Blackpool. The lights remain turned off for     :|
|: 'hollow', engulfed within a swollen bassline the beat deftly dips through  :|
|: an array of clipped cyber-steppin edits and misplaced snares for one of    :|
|: the man's finest beats committed to wax, not strictly a dancehall wrecker  :|
|: but awesome nonetheless. Trust us, you need this and everything else this  :|
