Although Bravestate delivers music through a radio accessible ███
Rock/Pop song format, they certainly do not confine their ███
sound to that of any common genre. Their melodies soar over ███
lush sonic landscapes of Orchestral/Rock/Pop fusion all the ███
while propelling thoughtful and insightful lyrics to even ███
greater heights. Using poignant metaphoric narrative ███
Bravestate gracefully entwines personal experience with ███
universal themes in order to create pop music that is not ███
only catchy but uncharacteristically enlightening as well. ███
The freshly formed Boston based quartet- comprised of Yvette ███
Ivory (Vocals/Keyboards), Jeremiah Clark (Guitar/Harmonies), ███
Andrew Malkin (Bass) and Sam Aydlette (Drums)- staked claim ███
to an uncanny flavor of sophisticated Indie-Pop on the night ███
that their debut Ep "Farewell to the Castle" was released to ███
a sold out crowd in Massachusetts. Since it's release on ███
August 28th the 5 song EP-a compact demonstration of ███
Bravestate's talent- has already earned the band radioplay on ███
stations across the U.S including WBCN Boston, KGRL ███
California, and WMEL's Pop Garden Radio in Florida, just to ███
name a few. In September, the band was featured on MUSIQTONE ███
as the "You Gotta Know" act for the month and, most recently ███
songs from the EP have managed to find their way onto the ███
popular television show 'Sportsdesk'- which airs everyday on ███
NESN (New England Sports Network). Currently Bravestate is ███
promoting "Farewell to the Castle" by touring throughout New ███
England and beyond, having already made stops at such popular ███
out-of-state venues as the Clarendon Grille in Virginia and ███
