| Fast. Raw. Primitive. Machine gun drums pound ears into submission with |
| endless rounds of ammunition. Bazooka guitars blast everything in ashes |
| with shit-hot blasts of fire. Steel grind bass attacks undermine buildings |
| and reduce them to rubble. Vokillist / percussion pugilist J Read |
| scrreches peremptory commands in eight songs with lyrics that are |
| interchangeable as well as indecipherable. Song titles all look compressed |
| as if rammed into brick wall at 1,000 kph (speed of album) and all that |
| survived was the basic chassis: "Desinty Mastery", "Blood Annihilation", |
| "Hate Oath", get the picture? (This review not only gets it, it fits it |
| too!) Monster music attack on all fronts occasionally soothed by actual |
| guitar riffs, fiery solos and tight musicianship all too soon lasered to |
| death by more roaring string storms and exploding blast beats. Entire |
| album lasts 28 minutes 'cos that's all it needs to reduce listeners to |
| quivering masses of protoplasm. Until the next album. I'm told "Victory. |
| Intolerance. Mastery" is much like previous album "Triumph. Genocide. |
| Antichrist" so maybe in-between recordings the masses start to evolve |
| again, get too big for their boots, want something longer than one-word |
| shrieks and blast beats. Can't let that go on for too long! |

| Recommended to fans of black metal and death metal. Constant blast beats, |
| blitzkrieg guitar attacsk and speed-of-light technical mastery sure to |
| appeal to death metal folks. Chaotic songs, insane throat-mangling and |
| stripped-down production will catch black metal fans' attention. Music is |
| so all over the joint it verges on noise so noise fans might be interested |
| too. Sense of humour required to appreciate duo's militaristic |
| take-no-prisoners style and lyrics which concern some crazy character |
| called the Superion. Dunno if the two guys in the band have fully figured |
| out who Superion is / was / meant to be but they're just going too fast |
| for us to find out! |
