"Manhattan follow up last years 'Your Spirit' release on Zone Recordings
with another ethnic progressive groove. Manhattan have this time opted
for more of a sparse live bass feel throughout the whole track. This
allows the percussion and deep stabs to build and build to optimum effect
leading us into a lovely haunting vocal which paves the way for the track
to kick back in to full effect. Karova dons his breakbeat hat to produce
a mix under his Freak Plastique moniker. Lush strings, rolling basslines,
big drops and that vocal combine to create a smooth, trancey breakbeat
winner."
