DJ, composer-producer, Hertzian agitator of a
weekly programme based on the latest electro news
(MΘtis Da Electronica on Canal B/French Independent
radio), Transmusicales de Rennes' production
manager and fomentator (alongside Old Skool Nemo)
of a "break label" named Mobil Home Recordings
launched early 2000, Ludovic Bousquet a.k.a.
Digicay mumbles his very first guitar riffs in the
rock-pop alternative spheres. Branded by the
british cold and new wave (New Order, Human league,
Depeche Mode and co.) whose electronic, hypnotic
and cryogenic rhythmics shake the mid 80s', the
future Digicay opens his binary path as lead
singer-guitarist of various school bands. With a
musical culture based on 80s pop, the New Yorker
no-wave movement and the Beastie Boys, Ludovic
BOUSQUET a.k.a DIGICAY crossed the last 10 years
mixing his own personal mixture electro- Breakbeat
in Brazil,Germany, Swiss, Spain, France and
recently China. For his second album Political
Dancer ( mobil-home ), DIGICAY put more guitars and
voices in his music, and his DJ mixes changed like
his live gigs moving to something special between
electro-rock and nu Breaks with a particular groovy
taste. His 3rd album m.e.s.c will be released this
