Steven Satterfield, guitarist and vocalist of Seely (the first American band
signed to Too Pure/Beggar's Banquet) takes the driver's seat in this new pop
project, SILVER LAKES.
The music of SILVER LAKES is gleeful, mellifluous and thoughtful, with a large
dose of 60's and 80's nostalgia. Clean, jangly guitars, layers of sweet
harmonies, and melodic bass lines are all brought to a fine precision point with
crisp bells, chimes, horns, and strings. The result is textured, refreshing pop
