Today:
As one of the legendary German artists, Talla is a true electric workaholic.
Living his passion for music, producing and of course DJing. He travels all over
the world spreading his unique style of sounds , featuring soaring vocals,
taking elements of cutting edge electronic with spine-tingling breakdowns and
euphoric melodies.
On his journeys, different influences have seeped in and at his shows the fans
but also the first time visitors can feel and share his passion for powerful
enthusiastic sets from beginning to the end.
In 2006 he spreads his music at three big radio shows. Starting his weekly show
at Germany's sunshine-live reaching more than 1.5 million people. At Di.fm he
appears every first Wednesday on the trance-channel and since Aug. 22nd he got
his new weekly show (Tuesday 11pm east Area 33) on Sirius radio /NYC
(sirius.com) which has more than 6 million users by satellite.
His legendary techno club (founded in 1984) still a place without sound
frontiers has just moved to one of the worlds famous locations: the U60311 in
downtown Frankfurt. This venue is located in a surprising place, a former
pedestrian underground subway. The U60311 was opened in 1998 and voted five
times as no.1 national club. The low ceilings and the raw design together with
the perfect sound system make it one of the best places to party in the world.
Talla 2XLCs latest productions got plays from all his famous colleagues. His
collaboration with Alex m.o.r.p.h. (full prelude) is played by Tiesto, Paul van
Dyk, Armin van Buuren etc., Talla's vocal monster carry me is the no.1 reacted
tune at all of his sets. And more is about to come, continuing to explore fresh
ways of composing together with his partner ace da brain plenty of new
productions are in a growing process.
Since his last tunes and his radio shows have such big positive reactions, his
new agency, Beatkraft, got flooded by requests for Talla playing globally.

History
Calling himself an electronical addict, Talla works in the music industry for
over 20 years. He earned respect for being the first human who use the term
techno to describe electronical music. From being the founding father of the
legendary Techno club @ Dorian Gray (est. 1984), to becoming the most loved
progressive Trance DJ in Germany, Talla has received global recognition for his
unique brand of powerful and epic techno trance. With performances worldwide,
further capturing the emotions of his massive fan base across all continents and
residencies all over Germany, Space (Ibiza), Club Glow (Washington DC), Viva
(Toronto) and many more. Talla has become the Flagship to lead the world further
into unchartered territories of this epidemic we call electronic beats.
In the early 80s, Talla began his dj career with the sounds of Kraftwerk, YMO,
and Depeche Mode. His first projects like Moskwa TV were far ahead of their time
and started the legendary sound of Frankfurt. Songs like Technotalk or Generator
7 were powered across Europe and also stormed the American Billboard charts.
Even in Chicago, where Technohouse was created, the Moskwa TV tracks were played
at the time in clubs and events.
He founded the TECHNOCLUB in 1984, (from 1989-2000 located in the legendary
Dorian Gray (R.I.P) @ underneath the international Frankfurt Airport).
Technoclub is one of the most influential electronic music clubs in the world,
responsible for placing many different styles of Techno and Trance on the
worldwide map of music. Technoclub played host to many of todays most talented
figures of dance music including Carl Cox, Sven Vath, Laurent Garnier, Paul van
Dyk, Tiesto and others.
Talla has produced plenty of huge tunes, his most successful by was Can you feel
the Silence which charted on no.14 of the German Top 100 Sales Charts.
His labels Suck me Plasma and Tetsuo were worldwide known for the best kicking
dance sounds and inspired plenty of artists.
Today Talla 2XLC belongs to the elite group of djs in Germany that few artists
can claim to belong to. He is one of the best selling artists in the country,
attending all the major clubs and raves. His international following is also on
a constant rise as he performs all over the world and pays regular visits to
world class venues.
Talla is a true believer of our worldwide movement, someone with clarity of
vision and passion for his trade.
