Bitwise real name is Christopher Arnold. He first began djing at
clubs & raves in early '97, producing and promoting superbean
productions one-off events successfully until '99. He built his first
recording studio in Encino, CA in '99 and wrote & produced there
until the winter of 2000 when he merged equipment and minds with DJ
Thee-O to build Biohazard Studios on Sunset Blvd. Since then they
have been working and collaborating with artists such as Daniel Ash
from Love & Rockets, Tony Gamboa, DJ Merlyn, Flite, Mike Fix, The
Speaker Junkies, Torin, Aion, Signal and others. Bitwise has since
begun performing live at raves throughout Southern California and
recently Thee-O and Bitwise have been working furiously to program
their upcoming stage duo: Artizen, determined to take the Los Angeles
electronic scene by storm.
His first CD "Solar Limb" came out in February of 2002 and he
currently writing new material for his highly anticipated follow-up.
