  A rap legend who has released more than a dozen acclaimed projects, 
  Brotha Lynch Hung knows what his fans crave. The pioneering Sacramento 
  native stands as one of rapÆs most revered acts because of his landmark
  1995 album, Season Of Da Siccness (The Resurrection). Rife with a dazzling 
  mix of street tales, macabre violence, intricate wordplay, and eerie 
  self-produced beats, Season Of Da Siccness became a bona fide street 
  sensation, earning a Gold certification from the RIAA and instantly 
  establishing Brotha Lynch Hung as one of rapÆs top-tier talents. 

  So when word surfaced a few years ago that Lynch was working on his first 
  studio solo album since 2013Æs Mannibalector, Brotha Lynch Hung heard a 
  common refrain. ôAll the fans online wanted to hear some of that old school 
  Lynch,ö the rapper reveals, ôso I decided to bring a Part 2.ö

  With Season Of Da Siccness 2: Kevlar, Brotha Lynch Hung delivers an updated 
  and enhanced version of the music that made him an underground icon. This 
  is the first album Brotha Lynch Hung has produced since the original Season 
  Of Da Siccness. The sequel captures the initial projectÆs menacing quality 
  while giving it several modern updates. One example is the narration of a 
  Bane-like character in several of the songs. The DC Comics character 
  welcomes Lynch to the darkness, a pervasive theme and accent of the album. 
  With Season Of Da Siccness 2: Kevlar he returns as a premier lyricist and 
  top-tier producer whose work remains as noteworthy as it was when he emerged 
  in the 1990s.
