Contents: Unearthly beautiful African percussive mix of a NINA
SIMONE live recording (taken from the Black Gold live album
recorded in 1969 at the Philharmonic Hall, New York). The style is
somewhere inbetween deepest Detroit and the Spiritual Life / Ibadan
sound. The mix maye the work of Shukie who has done other
Wonderland mixes.
This has turned up on a few bootleg pressings but as far as we know
this is the original onesided here for you (and a lovely pressing
it is!).
