| Soultourist member Thabo delivers two deep yet bouncing and |
| ecstatic tracks rooted in classic Detroit techno, but created |
| with today's production twists. Thabo is also a member of the |
| massive Soultourist Collective. For his first record on DPC he |
| digged deep into the crates of dance-music and delivers with |
| ''Take Root'' a booty bouncing Detroit style groove which is |
| indeed irresistable and euphoric. With Barcelona he provides |
| another solid track and makes clear that the sound of Thabo is |
| fuelled for the future! |

| About Drumpoet Community: |
| |
| Always on the run to find the latest beat and the freshest sound |
| the four drumpoet founders share the same vision and taste when |
| it comes to music, and in a city like Zurich it was just a matter |
| of time before they decided to start the drumpoet.comMUNITY. Ron |
| Shiller, Tobi Foster, Alex Gustafson and Alex Dallas met each |
| other a couple of years ago on the vibrant scene which was |
| surrounding Dallas & GustafsonÆs Straight Ahead record label, |
| Alex D. was organising parties where Tobi & Ron used to come to |
| and they started exchanging music and Alex quickly realised that |
| Tobi & Ron had such a similar way to make, listen & support |
| music, amazed to have found like-minded people, they four decided |
| to create a new platform for their music and joining forces to |
| keep Zurichs open-minded music scene alive. Sharing the same love |
| for soul, disco, funk, hip hop, house, some minimal, detroit and |
| electro they are now aiming for new musical levels, a combination |
| which incorporates all the beloved styles to a mix which they |
| like to call b-boy house & technosoul.. The philosophy of the |
| drumpoet community is not necessary being a record label, its a |
| collective of people with a very distinguished musical taste, |
| more important is to use this platform to help establish unknown |
| artists and music which moves your soul as well as your booty! |
| The Community is growing and they are very happy to have new |
| artists such as Lexx aka. Kawabata, Ianeq and their Designer |
| Marlene Meier on the boat. Together with Michael Reinboth from |
| the mighty Compost Records label they are now able to release |
| their music and the music of their friends on a well distributed |
| and professional basis. The recordlabel drumpoet.comMUNITY is a |
| cooperation of Drumpoet and Compost, so as the catalogue Initials |
| suggest in the short form DPC. Regarding to what moves them itÆs |
| only a few things that matter like originality, personality and |
| emotions. The plan for the future is to be able to get |
| Switzerland and most of all their beloved city Zurich on the map |
| of things that happen and introduce some of the finest electronic |
| dancemusic producers, djs and other creators to the world. It |
| seems it was just a matter of time until the vibrant club-scene |
| of Zurich exploded into the production of the almost |
| characteristic laid-back but totally crazy vibe of the people. |
| The club is the meeting-place, the exchange room and the |
| interactive zone where they meet, share, get inspired, come |
| closer and finally getting into it. |
