Those of you already tripping on the Miranda reissue this week will
no doubt be frothing at the mouth at the prospect of this surprise
arrival, the second Convextion twelve under the E.R.P. moniker!
Wheras Convextion is all about the deepest end of effervescent
techno, E.R.P. takes its inspiration from classic Motor City electro
of the highest order, applying a production aesthetic that's full of
the kind of spacious, honed layers that's made this producer one of
the most sought after in the scene. There's an efforltless flow to
these tracks that builds on string transitions that at times bring to
mind the work of Monolake at his finest, breaking down into a
bubbling electro simmer that would make Drexciya proud. As with every
release connected to Convextion - don't expect these to last much
