   ||  Formloff was formed one evening in 2002 by Bernt Karsten         ||
   ||  Sannerud and Marius Sjøli. That same evening, their first demo,  ||
   ||  "Overstyring" was recorded. "Overstyring" gave birth to Bernt    ||
   ||  Karstens "Huesprett vocals" which became an important element    ||
   ||  in the creation of Formloffs most brutal and energetic work to   ||
   ||  date. With                                                       ||

   ||  "Overstyring" as a source of inspiration, Formloff recorded 3    ||
   ||  new demos, "Album", "Velte Budeia" and "5 ark og en              ||
   ||  paprikasjakt" Each with a individually distinctive sound. After  ||
   ||  the release of "5 ark og en paprikasjakt" Formloff got signed    ||
   ||  by Audio Savant in 2005, for the release of their debut album,   ||
   ||  "ADJØ SILO" (Farewell Silo) in 2006.                             ||
   ||                                                                   ||
   ||  "Adjø Silo" was created with the intention to dig deeper into    ||
   ||  experimental aspects of music, laying metal as the foundation    ||
   ||  for their sound. Combining different vocal styles with           ||
   ||  progressive song structures and with innovative use of           ||
   ||  synthesizers, computer programming and organs. All mixed up      ||
   ||  with surrealistic lyrics in Norwegian, "Adjø Silo" is just a     ||
   ||  taste of what to come.                                           ||
