The Truesoul imprint represents the somewhat soulful side of its owner - Adam
Beyer. The label has been responsible for releasing some fine pieces of work
over the last 5 years with fine releases from the likes of Ozgur Can, Cirez
D, Joel Mull and of course Adam himself. Here, Cari Lekebusch takes up the
challenge and produces two wonderful tracks. On the A side we are treated to
a wonderful deep 808 driven groove with eerie pads, neat reverses and cool
cowbells that creates a wonderful intensity. On the flip side again the deep
groove is apparent with neat vocoded vocal samples and fat bass before there
is a cool break and the main synth sound appears in the track to give it a
seriously intense lift. Again Truesoul shows that it is a label that simply
never comprimises on quality and yet again delivers a memorable piece of
work.
