█ Ramon Michael canÆt remember a time when he █
█ wasnÆt singing. Since the age of four when he █
█ first hit a note in the childrenÆs choir at his █
█ church in Jamaica, Queens, New York, Ramon has █
█ not stopped singing. He was serious about his █
█ singing and knew it was his calling, so to master █
█ his craft; Ramon attended various performing arts █
█ schools and excelled musically. █

█ ôIf you ever saw the TV show FAME, then you know █
█ what my high school years were like because that █
█ was exactly it,ö recalls Ramon. ôWe danced █
█ through the halls, we sang in the lunch room, and █
█ we were inspired to expand our creative gift. We █
█ were taught to hone our craft and expand it █
█ became a lifestyle.ö █
█ █
█ After high school, Ramon was in a trio called █
█ Tra-Knox. A chance meeting with Will Smith █
█ changed his life. Will became a mentor and Ramon █
█ learned to utilize his God given gifts to his █
█ full potential. The trio appeared on several █
█ projects with Will Smith such as Born to Reign, █
█ which went double platinum, Willenium, a █
█ platinum-plus CD, and the Wild, Wild West █
█ soundtrack, which also went double platinum. █
█ Ramon was also featured in the music video ôNod █
█ Your Head,ö the title song from the Men In Black █
█ II soundtrack in which they sang background as █
█ well as the song and video ôThousand Kissesö █
█ featuring Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett █
█ Smith. █

█ Taking WillÆs advice to expand his horizons and █
█ learn as much as he could about the entertainment █
█ business, Ramon Featured into acting, something █
█ he had always enjoyed doing in school. ôI am a █
█ singer first,ö relates Ramon, ôbut I love █
█ acting.ö █

█ Acting roles in plays came his way. RamonÆs stage █
█ credits include: öTalk Show Liveö, His Woman, His █
█ Wifeö, ôSomething She Can Feelö, and Tyler █
█ PerryÆs ôWhy Did I Get Marriedö starring Kelly █
█ Price. Ramon has also starred in a recent █
█ production of ôGet Back With Godö at The Amas █
█ Theater in New York and is currently doing ôBaby █
█ Momma Drama.ö █

█ Keeping with his ôIÆm a singer firstö philosophy, █
█ Ramon is in the studio completing his first solo █
█ album. It is clear that his place was in the █
█ spotlight. RamonÆs vocal performances have been █
█ compared to the likes of K-Ci of Jodeci and █
█ Gerald Levert. These are indeed, flattering █
█ comparisons for any vocalist, but upon listening █
█ to him, you will realize that he possesses a █
