█ █ but as you might guess from Peven Everett, the end █ █
█ █ results are always unique! As the title and cover imply, █ █
█ █ there's a slightly "street" feel to the record -- one that █ █
█ █ has Peven rapping a bit over funky beats and warmer █ █
█ █ keyboards -- but never in a mode that's conventional █ █
█ █ hip hop, and which comes off a bit more with some █ █
█ █ of the cosmic qualities of European work in a similar █ █
█ █ mode. Given the way the album's mixed, the keyboards █ █
█ █ almost dominate the sound more than the lyrics -- and █ █
█ █ Peven's muted presentation of the lyrics often defer █ █
█ █ strongly to the rhythms and keyboard lines. Titles █ █
█ █ include "Hard To Do Right", "Don't Hate Me Cause", █ █
█ █ "Nobody But Me", "What You Lovin Me For", "Hot Rod", █ █
█ █ "Ready To Ride", and "Ballin". Note that the CD lists █ █
█ █ 14 tracks on the back, but only contains 13 songs -- █ █
█ █ blame that on Peven! (Note that each of these is █ █
█ █ handmade by Peven -- so that the items will have a █ █
█ █ self-produced, homemade look to them -- although █ █
█ █ the music is great, and that production makes these █ █
