After a relatively long stint studying contemporary jazz in Budapest, Hungary
Matt Douglas has returned to the States and is pursuing the life of the
introspective, self loathing, egomaniacal songwriter. Reminiscent of Iron & Wine
(somewhat musically and definitely physically), but with the balls of Neil
Diamond, his slow-building slam-folk will devastate you with its arrogance. Look
