│ The iconic trance mix-compilation series In Search of Sunrise (ISOS) │
│ celebrates its 20th edition with a special multi-artist release. This │
│ milestone album will feature six mixes from six different artists, with │
│ the first mix crafted by legendary trance artist Solarstone, set to be │
│ released on August 21st. In the following weeks, trance fans can expect │
│ a new mix from a different artist each week until the final release on │
│ September 23rd. As a teaser for whatÆs to come, the pre-order link is │
│ already live, allowing fans to secure this anniversary edition early. │
│ │
│ While the full tracklists and the remaining artists behind the mixes │
│ will be revealed in the coming weeks, excitement is already building │
│ for what promises to be a celebration of trance music history. The │
│ unique concept of unveiling a new mix every week allows fans to │
│ anticipate each drop, reminiscent of the golden days of the trance │
│ genre. │
│ │
│ The Legacy │
│ The In Search of Sunrise series is more than just a collection of │
│ trance mixes; it is a cultural touchstone within the electronic music │
│ world. Launched in 1999 by Dutch DJ and producer Tiδsto, the series │
│ quickly became synonymous with the uplifting and melodic trance sound │
│ of the early 2000s. In Search of Sunrise initially reflected TiδstoÆs │
│ signature style, blending progressive house, euphoric trance, and │
│ atmospheric breaks, all tied together with a journey-like flow. │
│ │
│ Tiδsto led the series for seven volumes, with In Search of Sunrise 7: │
│ Asia marking his final involvement. After TiδstoÆs departure, the │
│ series continued to evolve, with several notable artists like Richard │
│ Durand taking the reins. Durand contributed multiple editions, keeping │
│ the seriesÆ spirit alive while incorporating fresh and modern trance │
│ sounds. In the more recent volumes, artists like Markus Schulz, │
│ Giuseppe Ottaviani, and Roger Shah brought their unique touches to the │
│ compilation. │

│ This 20th edition promises to honor this rich history while also │
│ showcasing the contemporary evolution of the genre, tapping into the │
│ talents of leading trance artists who have shaped and continue to │
│ influence the scene. │
│ │
│ A New Era │
│ With Solarstone opening this anniversary edition, listeners can expect │
│ a masterful journey through ethereal soundscapes and driving trance │
│ beats. Known for his melodic sensibilities and deep, immersive mixes, │
│ Solarstone has long been a pillar of the trance community. His │
│ contribution is set to embody the essence of the ISOS series, balancing │
│ emotional depth with uplifting rhythms. │
│ │
│ Johan Gielen delivers the second mix under his iconic Airscape moniker. │
│ Gielen, a pioneering figure in the trance scene, has been instrumental │
│ in shaping the genreÆs sound since the late 90s. His work as Airscape, │
│ known for its energetic and euphoric style, has left an indelible mark │
│ on trance music. │
│ │
│ Johan explains: ôI tried to create a true journey with the mix. I built │
│ it with dreamy, drifting songs that develop into more modern sounds, │
│ combined with that æIn Search Of SunriseÆ feeling.ö │
│ │
│ The further mixes come from the hands of Finnish duo Super8 & Tab, │
│ German legend Torsten Stenzel aka York, and Bulgarian artist Zoya. │

│ The 6-mix journey is completed with the contribution of Markus Schulz, │
