This is the proper retail rip of the album. I did the Advance way back and it
was a limited CDR pressing of 300 like the Carbon Carousel rip. Enjoy the final

The hip-hop group Abzorbr works off the idea that music has the ability to reach
untouched spaces and can help lead to a definition of personal identity.
The group from West St. Paul consists of brothers Casey, 29, and Graham O'Brien,
25, and Chris Keller, 23. The group has been together for about a year and a
half.
Casey O'Brien and Keller met in a band called Face Candy. Casey had some good
material and Keller said they got down to business in a matter of months.
The group started by putting out out a 300-copy advance release of their album,
"Capable of Teetering," in the fall of 2006. The album sees a proper release in
late March.
"We all felt there was more going on than just a hobby, more than just a play
around in the garage type thing," Keller said. "It's a creative outlet. It's
something that we think is worth doing."
Keller provides the vocals, consisting of a mixture of rapping, singing and
spoken word. A large part of it is improvised.
In addition to bass, Casey O'Brien also performs on a laptop. Graham O'Brien
provides the drums and other electronic instrumentation.
They identified traditional and electronic music as the driving force behind the
band.
The album doesn't contain any swearing, but that doesn't mean it's all fluff.
"It's not necessarily a positive album," Keller said. "It's more honest and
digging more towards solving inner conflict."
Keller said that a lot of the album is personal, because it reflects what he was
going through while he was writing it.
"Dealing with conflict by revealing insecurity, rather than ego," Graham O'Brien
said.
He also said that usually when people think of hip-hop music, it is somewhat
negative.
"The current way it is the subject matter is dominated by materialism," Graham
O'Brien said. "We are not that."
"It's not about money, cars, or violence," Casey O'Brien said. "More
thought-provoking lyrics."
They describe their music as a sort of experimental alternative hip-hop.
"It's more like underground hip-hop, with an edge," Keller said.
Live performances can be intense and powerful to be a part of, they said.
"Our intention isn't so much to have people 'throw up their hands,' but be a
part of a powerful experience," Keller said. "None of the music is
pre-meditated."
The group usually attracts fans of alternative music genres.
Keller said that some of the music can be catchy, but audiences tend to also
relate to it on a deeper level.
There are many thematic elements on the album, they said, including the
exploration of personal identity and feelings.
Keller, a graduate of Sibley High School, said he wished he had access to music
in the area when he was in high school.
"I personally struggled in high school with identity," Keller said. "Music is a
huge thing. It helped me realize that it's okay not to know."
The group said their music will likely change shape as they continue to grow as
a group. They said they continue to define what they are.
Graham O'Brien said the music is becoming more improvisational and in the
moment. "I think we've grown in our approach to the performance," he said.
