Two years since Dizzee Rascal released his critically
acclaimed second album 'Showtime' and nearly four years
since the release of his ground-breaking, Mercury price
winning, debut 'Boy In Da Corner'/. For an artist as
prolific as Dizzee Rascal it's been awhile away, busy
touring of the world with artists including Red Hot Chili
Peppers, signing artists to his own record label Dirtee
Stank, building his own studio and writing and recording
his third album 'Maths And English' with a release date of
4th June 2007.
'Sirens' is the first taste of the new album - huge, with
thunderous guitar riffs and pounding drum beat. It's a
statement of intent and a classic surrounding hip-hop tune
- think Jay Z's '99 Problems' or N.R.A's 'Straight Outta
Compton'.
