phil parnell, do your living in the night (mantis - uk)
if you read ear regularly you've surely noticed that i do enjoy
phil parnell's music! mainly known as matthew herbert keyboard
player, he is also and first a talented jazz pianist. phil parnell
delivers a brilliant and very personal full lenght album,
follow-up to his acclaimed 12" entitled "barcelona" on soundslike.
most of the eleven tracks are instrumentals blending jazz and deep
house with a sweet experimental hint - ce qui ne peut que me
plaire. some decent music for your ears and feet too! a fine and
smooth release, don't miss it.
