Salzlandpest ist eine voellig neue BM Band, die in diesen Tagen
ihr Debuet in Form eines ersten Albums veroeffentlichen wird. äAls
die Flammen lodertenô erscheint als CD und Vinyl Version ueber
Christhunt Productions. Musikalisch orientiert man sich am rauen
und ungeschliffenen BM meist im schnellen Tempobereich
angesiedelt. Insgesamt umfasst äAls die Flammen lodertenô 12
Stuecke. Das Artwork in schwarzweiss Toenen gehalten finde ich
sehr gelungen.
Ein kurzes Intro leitet dann das Album ein und ja die Band
versteht ihr Handwerk und die Songs kommen brutal und aggressiv
rueber. äSalz der Erdeô ist ein richtiger Hassbrocken, boesartig
und und ohne Gnade fraest sich der Song seinen Weg aus den
Boxen. Ich persoenlich mag auch die sehr raue und ungeschliffene
Produktion des Albums. Markantes Merkmal sind ferner die
Vocals , die insgesamt sehr gut zum Gesamtwerk passen. Bisher
ist die Band noch nicht in Erscheinung getreten und das erste
Lebenszeichen ist gleich mal ein komplettes Album und das
erscheint ueber Christhunt Productions. Ich wuerde sagen besser
kann es nicht laufen, zumal weitere Veroeffentlichungen mit ganz
grosser Wahrscheinlichkeit erscheinen werden. äIm Zeichen des
Kreuzes Part Iô und äPart IIô sind die Schluesselstuecke. Der
Titelsong wiederum zeigt recht deutlich, dass die Musiker sich
einen Dreck um Gutmenschentum in diesen Tagen scherren und
lieber ihre Finger in die Wunde legen. äAls die Flammen
lodertenô ist fuer mich auch mein persoenlicher Favorit des
Albums. Das Album macht auf jeden Lust auf weitere
Veroeffentlichungen der Band aus Sachsen-Anhalt. Zum Abschluss
hat die Band mit dem Steigerlied noch ein Stueck draufgepackt,
welches das Album fuer mich abrundet und gleichzeitigen allen
noch heutigen Bergleuten ein Tribut zollt.
Fazit:
Salzlandpest ist eine noch frische BM Formation aus
Mitteldeutschland, welche aber mit ihrem ersten Album ein
richtig starkes Eisen zu Anfang des neuen Jahres veroeffentlicht
hat. äAls die Flammen lodertenô ist ungeschliffener und
traditioneller BM aus dem Salzlandkreis in Sachsen-Anhalt!
