Just extract the archives and burn the .cue file with your favorite CD-Recording
software. The crack is already included on the CD so no need for /Crack dir.
NOTE: This is a hybrid iso/clone so we have included the .ppf file. Usage to
make iso a clone: applyppf.exe flt-kart.img flt-kart.ppf .
