Written by Siobhan Fahey.
Produced by Gully, Richard Norris & Andrew Chatterly.
The story behind this single is arguably more interesting than the music
itself. Siobhan Fahey, of course, was the member of Bananarama and
Shakespears Sister, not to mention Dave Stewart's wifey. She quit the 'Rama
to make babies with Dave and then write pop hits like Stay which was at the
time the biggest hit by an all-girl group in the UK (several weeks at No.1).
Alas, in 1996 the "internal difference" caused the duo split and the hits
were no more. More than 5 years later Siobhan is back with the help of
Richard Norris of The Grid fame and Andrew Chatterly of Yum Yum and The
Droyds fame. Richard Norris also runs his own label now, God Made Me
Hardcore on which this track has been just released to little fanfare.
Like seemingly every other track under the sun currently this track has a
distinctive new wave 80's feel to it and Siobhan's vocals are better than ever.
