Krampfhaft continues to blaze a trail with his first 12" drop of 2012. The
follow-up to his dazzling 'Makin' Magic' single, it refines the lazer-sealed
fusion of Dutch hardcore synths, trap trills and booty-knocking bass in five
parts. At the top 'Marram' is all romantic melodies and star-bursting,
Rustie-style, dynamic ebullience, but 'Cork' quickly bring the rave with
Maybach-strength mentasms and the tightest, mechanized percussion. Heated up,
'Twin Prime' gets live with the shrill Dutch hardcore stabs and
Skrillex-style lazer synths beside the bowling halfstep bubblin' sound of 'In
A Dream' and the EP's slo-bouncin' mecha-rave highlight 'Bones'.
