in 1997, releasing an album out of a distinguished belgium label,
subrosa, as multiphonic ensemble, it was the beginning of an
illustrous, multi-creative and worldwide-based career for
yoshihiro hanno who from that point onwards, did many
collaborations, produced soundtracks for a couple of movies,
released his own music from his own label, cirque, and also became
a member of ryuichi sakamoto's group, hoon, to mention a few.
yoshihiro hanno's new album is his own progression of his
peculiarity towards the expression of beats and rhythm which
surpasses the many sounds of hip hop, house, techno, electronics,
comtemporary music, jazz which he has journeyed through in the
past. this album expresses hanno's 2002 reality which was produced
in paris, berlin, and tokyo.
