Live at the S.E.R.P.E.N.T Festival captures the iconic Guns NÆ Roses
guitaristÆs live show from the Mission Ballroom in Denver, Col., in July
2024 on his all-star Blues tour ù the inaugural S.E.R.P.E.N.T Festival (an
acronym that stands for Solidarity, Engagement, Restore, Peace, Equality NÆ
Tolerance).
For this tour, Slash was joined onstage by Teddy ôZigZagö Andreadis
(keyboards, harmonica, vocals), Tash Neal (rhythm guitar, vocals), Johnny
Griparic (bass, backing vocals), and Michael Jerome (drums).
The ensemble powered through a set of blues and rock standards, touching on
material made famous by the likes of Bukka White, HowlinÆ Wolf, Booker T. &
the MGÆs, Fleetwood Mac, Freddie King, The Temptations, T-Bone Walker, Hoyt
Axton, Robert Johnson, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Bob Dylan, and Elmore
James.
