     Another year has past and the scene keeps changing. More groups born 
     and more have pasted on. Sites come and go but we at Rebels just keep 
     doing the daily grind. Our focus remains to keep users ability to try
     tech software before haveing to buy something that may not work for 
     their personal needs. 
  
     OUR GOALS:
               Keep provideing to the endusers as we have in the past. 
               Get tools into the hands of our future. 
     Disclaimer:
       Our software releases are not for sale at any price. The intended
     use is for students and tech people in the feild to have use of tools
     otherwise not available to them. Our software is for education and 
     evaluation of product only. And use other than that is beyond our 
     control. Please if you see any tool as useful buy it from the software
     vendor. This is the only way the programers can continue to make the 
     tools that we all need.
