Italian-born, LA-based techno producer Giovio provides nicely tucked-in
grooves on his 'Night Flow' EP, bridging bedtime story vibes and flowing
optic images, as if to sleepdance. With openers 'So Good' and 'Exagon', we
see fluorescence reflected in bumpers and spoilers, as scrunched beats meet
glossily-placed autofilter stabs. On the flipper comes a tug on the Detroit
strings of life, 'OPD', while 'Jazz House' pronounces itself
matter-of-factly with heralding vocals over a nice closing grove of mood.
