Skatebσrd (a joke on his real name, Bσrd L░demel)
is a Norwegian producer from Bergen, who makes a
rare blend of retro synth, italodisco, electro and
techno.
This is a promo CDR of his "Vuelo EP", a 12" on the
fine label Radius Records.

"If italo-disco and electro would have intercourse,
Skatebσrd would definitely be the creative kid in
the family. Hailing from Norway, home to R÷yksopp,
Annie and Lindstr°m, Skatebσrd delivers 4 brilliant
deep electronic disco tracks for Radius's 12th
release.
'Vuelo' is the perfect blend between italo's
robotic Moroder drive and deep emotional disco
sounds.
'Celluloid Mirage' slows down the pace in the most
sexiest of ways with silk-smooth beats and sweet
funky sounds. Disco for the sheets!
On the flipside, Skatebσrd's 'June Nights..' brings
us back on the dancefloor, clapping our hands and
swaying our bodies to the groove and seductive
strings.
'Holidays on Ice in Space' is again a robot-
friendly track with electroish grooves and funked
out spacy atmospheres.
