| | between Ireland's rising stars, Beta 2 & Zero | |
| | Tolerance. Havind upped their profile in the | |
| | last 6 months, these boys have forthcoming | |
| | releases on CIA, Infrared, Soul:R, Hospital, | |
| | Bassbin, Commercial Suicide, Canvas, | |
| | Subtitles, Critical, L-Plates and many moir! | |
| | They are also co-producing with fellow | |
| | Irishman Calibre. Having been featured on | |
| | Skunkrock in the last year (Beta 2's single | |
| | featuring 'Kinetix/Changes', the Calibre | |
| | remix of 'Kinetix' for the Crowd Control EP | |
| | and also Zero Tolerance's 'Serpico' on the | |
| | same EP) these guys have made an impact with | |
| | us since day one and are well on their way to | |
| | making a massive impact in the scene. We even | |
| | heard rumours that a certain Roni Size and | |
| | Goldie himself have been playing their tunes | |
| | and giving them the thumbs up! | |

| | ZT gets it moving with this vocally soulful | |
| | roller. A female vocal confides: 'Down in the | |
| | depths of my soul, feelin' a loss of control' | |
| | which adds a melancholic touch to this | |
| | otherwise uplifting and pushing tune. This is | |
| | definitely one for the Swerve crew but can be | |
| | mixed up with all kinds of tunes with its | |
| | warm breaks and heavy heavy sub-bass. | |

| | A nice long intro with vocal snippets and | |
| | ethereal strings leads into chunky breaks and | |
| | happy chords. In comes the riff with a darky | |
| | misty vibe and a slight amen. This is one | |
| | 'intelligent' tune that can spice up a set as | |
| | it stands out from all the rest. A long | |
| | breakdown builds up tension and pushes the | |
| | listener forward. | |
