Cosada follows its impressive debut with Astral Destiny, a vinyl-only
four-tracker from Croatian label head Laseech that feels equal parts
Adriatic calm and coastal grit. 'Astral Destiny' sets the tone as a warm,
drifting deep-house glide that gently pulls you somewhere far away.
'Dreams' then leans into broken-beat shimmer with its lush pads wrapped
around Swaylo's soft, soulful vocal for maximum dreamstate effect. Flip
over and things get bolder as 'Abyss' dives into abstract sound design and
crooked club rhythms, all shadowy edges and forward motion. 'Evolving
Depths' closes the record with a slow-burning downtempo sway. Great
variety, all top quality, a thoughtful, versatile EP that shows Laseech
stretching out - and Cosada continuing its rise with confidence.
