formed in the summer of 98 & based in central london, the funky
lowlives are comprised of writer/production duo jk whitehouse &
gary danks.
in the space of a little under two years they have created a finely
crafted blend of globally diverse rhythms, bruising beats &
atmospheric moods. their original tracks & remixes regularly
feature in club charts from new york to london, berlin to tokyo &
they have been voted single of the month in several magazines
including muzik, dj & wax.
this tiny set was recorded on 3rd august 2001, being the warm-up to
performance at the sequence festival in vienna.
