:Being a fan of the previous works by Red Flag, and most notably their
comeback on "the cryptö, I was very interested to hear this new disc.
I was not expecting this kind of aural assault though! I was immediately
blown away as "eternal flame" and "shadow warrior" had me up and dancing
to the strong EBM/synthpop/futurewave sound! The female vocals creep in
on "shadow warrior" nicely to compliment the dark, deep male vocals.
Track 3-"Unbreakable" is a bit slower in tempo; with very strong and
powerful drum lines and subversive songwriting we know Red Flag for.
Their sound just grows and sounds more original as time goes on.
ôNever Leave" is a hard ebm track with some edgier vocals and hard
driving synth programming, which make this a potential club hit!
So many good tracks, so many club hits in the making here, such as
-"electro-machine", "fallen angel", "burning man" and the title track
as well. 12 new tracks and all of them are memorable.
A great mix throughout this cd of faster pace dance tracks and
slower, powerful, thick electro-synthpop-darkwave influences...and
the vocals are as original and diverse as it gets...they definitely
cover a scope of amazing electronics and melodies on this "codebreaker T133"...they
definitely have broken the code. This is not a typical sound or predictable at all.
A great release and most worthy of your support!!
