Zacharius Carls Group has become one of the most interesting bands to
emerge from the gloomy but inventive music scene in Northern Finland.
During an era when Finnish post-glam-goth bands make it big abroad
with melancholic metal, Zacharius Carls Group likes to exorcise their
demons with a "dark schlager" tone, a Twin Peaks tone some might say.
Since the new millennium, the group has built up a dedicated following
through constant touring and a string of acclaimed records. They are
no strangers to Finnish record charts either. Name based on a
legendary crazy Swedish priest, this band is ready to win you over
with manic expression and fragile beauty. Third album Hate Love &
Faith will be released 9.5.07. For what it's worth to be playful when
