     Collecting all of Fisk Industries' brilliant early output, EPs
     and Rarities is a comprehensive guide to the work of sound
     designer Mat Ranson. A producer of the first order, Fisk
     Industries has been widely lauded by the electronic music
     press for his distinct ability to balance nuanced arrangements
     and crunchy beat programming. The first disc collects his two
     ten-inch releases, The Isle Of Wight EP and 77 & Rising, in
     their entirety. The second disc is culled from rare pieces of
     Fisk's digitally released work, compilation appearances, and a
     few previously unreleased tracks thrown in for good measure.
     This is a wonderful introduction to the work one of electronic
     music's most daring new talents.

     NOTE: there are glitches in track 7, but they are on the
     CD as well.

     Note that the glitches are there too.

     Besides listening to the CD in my dedicated audio CD player,
     I ripped both discs twice (EAC/Secure Mode) and did a byte
     comparison between the results. They were the same, of
     course. So... Blame the CD - not the rip! :)
