After making our first release a classic house ep, Bruno Hovart
gathered the talents of Mr Day aka Eric Duperray (Rotax) for another
huge deep jazz house stormer. DEEP OCEAN is already licensed on the
super successful ST GERMAIN DES PRES CAFA VOL. 5 (Wagram)
compilation. Fuelled by the Delta Blues and Deep Jazz, the Deep Ocean
EP is sure to please you once again. Add the fantastic remix of the
title track from Chicago's new permanent resident: RON TRENT. This Ep
starts with DEEP OCEAN, a rare blues house cut with original lyrics
and vocals by Mr Day. Just listen. Patchworks is known for his
admiration for Mr. Roy Ayers, with the track HAPPINESS FOR ALL, you
get a hint of Roy's influence. HAPPINESS FOR ALL is a disco fuelled
house track sure to be right on any dancefloor. For the record, Bruno
is using the Talk Box for the first time, a little vocal bass effect
recommended to him by no less than Paul Randolph (Amp Fiddler,
Mahogany Music). And you get a chance to hear Patchworks sing! . The
AFRICA HI FI MIX is named after Ron's monthly residency of the same
name at Chicago's hot spot the Sonotheque. A big thanks to Ron for
this fantastic remix! Finally, true to their influences, Bruno and
